Interventions

Group 1: Application of passive static stretching of the calf in 11 participants, where each participant will stand on a ladder with one foot resting on the tip of the heel step towards the step below
Group 2: Application of passive static stretching of the calf in 11 participants, where each participant will stand on a ladder with one foot resting on the tip of the heel step towards the step below
Group 3: control group, with 11 participants without intervention in the six week period, only doing the pre and post evaluation 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be between 18 and 40 years old;To be physically active, but not engaged in strength training and flexibility according to the classification of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not compare with evaluations (pre or post);Withdraw your consent;Have two consecutive fouls or three interspersed without a stretching program.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Difference tendinous stiffness assessed by the division of the passive torque change from 0 ° (neutral ankle position) to the maximum amplitude of dorsal flexion, by the displacement of the tendon at the maximum angle obtained through the evaluation in the isokinetic dynamometer and ultrasonophraphy. verified one week before the intervention, after 6 weeks of flexibility training and after 15 days ceased intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Passive torque values obtained in the isokinetic dynamometer through degrees / newton, resistance value of the ankle to the passive movement of dorsiflexion, verified one week before the intervention, after 6 weeks of flexibility training and after 15 days ceased intervention.
