Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI between 18.5 to 26kg / m2; stable weight in the last 3 months; no use of dietary supplements or medications except oral contraceptive; non-smokers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetics; hypertensives; carriers of diseases that interfere with energy metabolism; allergic or with some sensitivity to standardized breakfast ingredients.
