Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the floor nurses, both genders, allocated to an adult inpatient unit at a University Hospital in the state of São Paulo will be considered eligible
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All nurses who are inactive, on leave, and on vacation during the data collection period will be excluded
