Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women between the ages of 20 and 50; Body mass index greater than or equal to 25 kg / m² and less than 40 kg / m²; Waist circumference greater than or equal to 80 cm; Not having participated in a weight loss program in the last six months; Be healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cigarette smoker volunteers; history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic pathologies; being pregnant or nursing; practice restrictive diets; allergic reactions to any of the components of the shake.

Expected outcome 1: Reduced fasting blood glucose, assessed by laboratory tests done 1 week before the intervention and 6 weeks after the intervention.;Expected outcome 2: Reduction of total cholesterol and fractions, assessed by laboratory tests done 1 week before the intervention and 6 weeks after the intervention.;Expected outcome 3: Waist circumference reduction, measured by means of an anthropometric evaluation, using a tape measure, done 1 week before the intervention and 6 weeks after the intervention.
