The research intends to demonstrate that mental health matrix support improves the resolution of mental health cases attended in primary care and also makes the teams that work in these units more satisfied in this resolution. For this evaluation a semi-structured multiple choice questionnaire will be applied, also containing open questions, with the following central topics: work in the Unit; permanence of users undergoing treatment at UBS; proximity of the team; understanding of problems; the feelings as perception, availability and personal satisfaction after the matrix support. All the questionnaires will be analyzed, the closed questions of multiple choice quantified in percentage and the open ones decoded, according to the content analysis of Bardin, for later evaluation of frequency. The combination and analysis of the answers will enable us to arrive at categorizations that aim to respond to the hypotheses we propose.;In the analysis of the answers to the questionnaire applied, the result was divided into three thematic categories: a. The positive factors of matrix support; b. The barriers against the effectiveness of matrix support; c. What can be improved for matrix support to work out. After analyzing the results, we conclude that, as we postulate, from the point of view of the actors studied, matrix support improves the resolution of cases related to Mental Health in the basic health units, in order to support the professionals through the wheels of conversation, case discussions and shared inquiries, in addition to the assistance offered by team professionals and thus also offers greater satisfaction to the team in this resolution. However, there is a need for greater awareness and involvement of all professionals, reduction of stigma, organization of work processes as a result of the production of integral care for the subject, permanent education and co-responsibility as a way to guarantee the commitment of all in health promotion.
