Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; with 60 years old or more; complaining of urgency urinary incontinence; assisted at the Clinic of Urogynecology at Hospital São Lucas da Pucrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient complaining of stress urinary incontinence exclusively; genital prolapse above the second stage of the POP-Q classification; patients with pacemakers.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Greater satisfaction related to the treatment of urge urinary incontinence in older women undergoing transcutaneous tibial nerve electrical stimulation in relation to older women undergoing transvaginal electrical stimulation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcomes: modification of the data registered at the voiding diary (number of losses per day, episodes of urinary urgency, urinary frequency daytime, nocturia, nocturnal enuresis and pad usage).;Observed outcomes: decreased daytime voiding frequency, decreased nocturia, decreased number of urinary urinary losses.
