Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in exercise capacity in the intervention group, measured through the distance covered in the Shuttle Walk Test. Data measured at baseline and after six weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in the description of quality of life, measured through the PedsQL TM Questionnaire, six weeks after the intervention compared to the baseline.;It is expected to find an increase/improvement in peripheral muscle strength, measured through manual dynamometry, six weeks after the intervention compared to the baseline.
