18 Years to No maximum
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be enrolled in a face-to-face course; basic knowledge of the use of smartphones; have a smartphone with internet access and Android or IOS operating system; at least mild depressive, anxiety or stress symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental disorder
