Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The increase of Immunohistochemical Expression of Metalloproteinases and Inflammatory Proteins, in the time intervals determined 01, 15 and 30 days in the dentin-pulp complex of human teeth after the use of the adhesive materials, self-adhesive resin and self-etching adhesive system, verified through the laboratory method.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in the cell morphology of the dentin-pulp complex in response to each material used, from the laboratory analysis, in all the times determined 01,15 and 30 days.;To describe and compare the intensity of the expression of the inflammatory metalloproteinases and proteins in response to each material used, with the proposed time intervals. Analysis performed by the laboratory evaluation, in all the times determined 01,15 and 30 days.
