Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female volunteers will participate in this study, Aged between 18 and 30 years old, who have patellofemoral pain, regularly active people according to the short version of the international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have had previous knee, hip, spine or ankle surgical interventions; uncontrolled hypertension, individuals with neurological disease motor sequelae, pregnant women, individuals who are using analgesic and/or anti-inflammatory drugs

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome variables of the present study will be the knee joint angle values during the unilateral squat tests and lowering of the chest in the pre-and post-intervention moments.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome variables of the present study will be the pain report and the sociodemographic, anthropometric, and range of motion information and joint alignment of the foot.
