Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with absence of metabolic disorders, such as diabetes mellitus; absence of cardiovascular, liver or kidney diseases; cancer; thyroid disorders; absence alcoholism; absence of morbid obesity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children; pregnant women; elderly, individuals with allergies and/or intolerance to any component of the formulations; who do not provide authorization by signing the Informed Consent Term; who did take medications in the past three months that affect glycemic metabolism

| The glycemic load will be calculated by multiplying the average glycemic index of the food by the amount of glycemic or available carbohydrate in the portion, divided by 100. After the calculation, the glycemic load will be classified as low, medium or high (less than or equal to 10, 11 to 19 and greater than or equal to 20, respectively), according to Burani and Longo (2006). | — |
