Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female volunteers; runners; clinical presentation of urinary incontinence during running; age over 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteer pregnant women; active urinary tract infection; diagnosis of neuromuscular diseases that compromise bladder function; history of pelvic or perineal surgeries to correct pelvic floor dysfunctions; pelvic prolapse; women who have previously undergone physiotherapy focused on treating dysfunctions of these muscles
