Experimental group: 66 pregnant women who are undergoing prenatal care in primary health care will receive intervention with educational technology on empowerment for labor and birth. Control group: 6

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women aged 18 years or over who are undergoing prenatal care at usual risk, exclusively, in family health units and with gestational ages between 25 and 30 weeks, literate and who have a landline and/or cell phone, will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Twin pregnancy; pregnant women over 32 weeks, because at the time of post-intervention collection they may be in labor or may have already given birth, thus compromising the final follow-up of the research, which is data collection during the gestational period; be a health care professional.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Empowerment of pregnant women for labor and birth assessed by an instrument validated in two moments, before the intervention and from 5 to 7 weeks after the intervention.

Association between empowerment scores during pregnancy with sociodemographic and obstetric variables; Compare maternal empowerment between primigravid and multipregnant women
