Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of primary lung or head and/or neck cancer; older than 18 years; being literate or has a family member who helps with daily training; having a schedule of oncology treatment (radiotherapy, chemotherapy or both); ECOG between 0 and 2; more than six months of medical prognosis; do not have uncontrolled metabolic diseases; do not have cognitive changes that can interfere the training; do not have musculoskeletal and cardiovascular changes that can interfere the training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primary cancer from another organ with pulmonary or head and/or neck metastasis; symptomatic brain metastasis that can interfere in the training; symptomatic bone metastasis that can interfere in the training; patient under palliative care

| Are expected that the semi-supervised home-based physical training (aerobic and resistance combined) will present protect effect on physical performance, and on the biological and mental parameters of patients with primary lung or head and/or neck cancer, with positive results on peripheral muscle strength, functional capacity, physical activity level, body composition, quality of life, anxiety and depression and symptoms related to oncology treatment. In addition to effective promotion in preventing the reduction of the oncological treatment dose initially prescribed. | — |

| Are expected that patients with primary lung or head and/or neck cancer, undergo semi-supervised home-based physical training (aerobic and resistance combined), presenting satisfaction, and it is expected that the hospitalization rate in three, six and nine months of follow-up will be lower in the GT patients, and the 12-month survival will be higher in these group. | — |
