Conditions

Participants will be selected from the individuals (patients) who seek the Department of Dentistry of UFRN with the aim of rehabilitating with implant prosthesis the singles elements that appear in the smile. Tooth Loss

Interventions

Rehabilitation can be done in 2 different ways: the first 30 patients (G1) will receive the Neodent Cone Morse internal implant (Neodent, Curitiba, Brazil) and the universal titanium abutment as a pro

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient in need of rehabilitation with unitary implants in a region that is apparent in his smile; Patient with healthy natural homologous tooth, restored or rehabilitated with fixed crown on tooth; Patient with balanced occlusion and no pathological signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with prosthetic space of two or more contiguous teeth Absence of occlusal stability Homologous with change of color and shape.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
esthetics (PES / WES), quality of life (OHIP and OIDP), satisfaction (questionnaire).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analyze the survival of implants and restorations (survival rate, presence of failures).
