Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes aged; between 18 and 40 years old who are in good general health and have bilateral lower third molars with similar positions in the hemi-arches according to the Pell and Gregory classification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; smokers; patients taking medication that poses a risk for MRONJ; individuals who show signs of infection at the time of the procedure; individuals with a history of pericoronitis in the 7 days prior to the procedure; individuals with decompensated systemic disease; individuals with a previous diagnosis of bone disease; and individuals who have undergone previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy will be excluded from the study
