Recruitment will be carried out through the injury monitoring system already implemented at the Naval Academy, which was previously approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Naval Marcílio Dias

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be enrolled in the Naval Academy in any year of training; accept to participate in the study by agreeing to the Free and Informed Consent Term ; be able to understand and write in Portuguese (criterion for foreign students) and have a smartphone-type cellular device with possibility of accessing the Internet and free e-mail, text and voice messaging applications, such as SMS (Short Message Service), WhatsApp, Telegram applications, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria described above or who have withdrawn from enrollment will be excluded from the study.

Severe disability will be measured through the Navy's Regular Board of Health system. This system regulates military personnel who have been on leave for more than 30 days and the military is now accompanied by a medical board with assessments and opinions of specialists in the condition and medical experts. The military remains in treatment until this medical board understands that the military is already fit for active military service without restrictions and leaves the regulation of this system.
