Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Staging history I to III confirmed; age between 40 and 65 years; being in menopause; not being involved in any regular exercise program in the last 6 months; have completed all cancer-related therapies, including, surgery, chemotherapy and / or radiation; be at least 6 months after treatment; hormone therapy (eg tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitor).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Osteomioarticular limitations that could compromise the exercise protocol; uncontrolled chronic disease that could represent a risk to the health of the volunteer.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in muscle strength for lower and upper limbs of 58% and 26%, respectively, compared to baseline. Evaluation of muscle strength was performed by the test of 10 maximal repetitions before and after intervention. The evaluations took place between April 20, 2017 and September 22, 2017.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The body composition no changed after the intervention. Body evaluation was performed by dual beam radiological absorptiometry before and after intervention. The assessment took place between April 20, 2017 and September 22, 2017.
