Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Seniors healthy high school adolescents of the Federal District of Brazil; both genders; with expected age between 16 and 18 years; owner of a smartphone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No signature or agreement of participation in the study by the adolescent or his or her responsible person

| Increased knowledge about adequate and healthy eating, verified by a self-filling questionnaire with a total score ranging from 0 to 75 points, results come from the finding of a significant increase of 1.5 in the knowledge score pre and post-intervention measurements;Memorization of messages of promotion of the adequate and healthy eating used during the intervention, verified by a questionnaire divided into two parts, the first is a Likert type scale of 5 points for the adolescent to manifest the degree of remembrance of a message of each theme. The second part of the questionnaire asks the same individual to describe five messages from the intervention it is remembered. The observation of the achievement of the outcome will be verified from a degree of remembrance greater than 85% in the first part of the questionnaire, and from registration of at least 3 correctly messages in the second part of the questionnaire;Improved variety of consumption of markers of an adequate and healthy diet and a decrease in the frequency of consumption of ultra-processed foods, verified by a questionnaire of food frequency of the previous day. The observation of the achievement of the outcome will be evidenced by significant positive variations in the prevalence of consumption of healthy foods compared to the prevalence of consumption of ultra-processed foods pre and post-intervention;Progress in the stages of change of the Transtheoretical Model in relation to a general diet based on the Food Guide, verified using an algorithm with five self-completed questions, results come from the observation that an individual had the stage progressed after the intervention | — |
