Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers diagnosed with depression, both sexes, between 18 and 60 years old, both sexes, with stable use of antidepressants and no change in the treatment plan in the last 2 months, with weight within the limit of variation of 15% of the weight considered normal for men and women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with associated psychiatric clinical conditions or other clinically unstable pathologies, alcohol and/or illicit substance abuse, gastrointestinal disease, pregnant or trying to get pregnant and individuals with surgery planned within the next 6 months were excluded from the research.
