Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 60; both genders; with non-specific lumbar spine pain (>= 3 months) of at least 3 points on the 0-10 numerical pain scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of serious musculoskeletal; cardiovascular and metabolic disorders; a history of neurological injuries; obesity (Body Mass Index above 30 kg/m2); pregnancy; previous spinal surgery; any health condition that makes it impossible to exercise

The aim is to assess whether the implementation of therapy involving both types of exercises significantly reduces functional disability in patients with lower back pain. This will be measured using the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire, with a minimum clinically important difference of 10 points as the benchmark, and by seeking a difference in the Oswestry Disability Index.

It is expected that the intervention group, which will receive treatment with the two types of training (aerobic and resistance), will have a higher level of improvement in the level of pain compared to the group that only underwent one type of training. To this end, we will use the Numerical Pain Scale as an instrument for assessing pain intensity, looking for a statistically significant difference when there is a minimum change of at least 2 points during the assessment of the scale.;The study seeks to ascertain the global effect perceived by patients with combined or isolated treatment using the perceived global exertion scale. A minimum change of at least 2 points for low back pain will be considered a significant differenc.;It is expected that the intervention group, which will receive treatment with the two types of training (aerobic and resistance), will have a greater reduction in the level of kinesiophobia compared to the control group. This variable will be assessed using the Kinesiophobia Cover Scale.;The study protocol works directly with muscle strength and endurance, which is why it also aims to assess the level of improvement in levels of muscle strength and endurance, which will be assessed using the dynamometer and performing sit-ups.
