Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous women aged 18 to 35 years; who perform strength training at least twice a week; and for a minimum of 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are allergic to latex; who have signs and symptoms of lower urinary tract infection in the last 4 weeks; who have undergone previous treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction; and women who have undergone previous gynecological surgery will be excluded
