Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young people; both sexes; age between 18 and 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have practiced resistance training in the last 6 months; Musculoskeletal injury of lower limbs; neuromuscular disorders that may prevent the execution of the protocols proposed by the study

We expect to find differences in the vastus lateralis muscle cross-sectional area after 10 weeks of training, analyzed through ultrasonography, which will be verified by at least 0.25 (Cohen's F) of standardized pre-post mean differences.;We expect to find differences in maximal muscle strength after 10 weeks of training, analyzed through ultrasonography, which will be verified by at least 0.25 (Cohen's F) of standardized pre-post mean differences.
