Eligibility

Age
60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be eligible to screen those age 60 or older and have had contact with alcohol at least once in their lifetime.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The criterion of exclusion adopted will be to show visible difficulty in understanding and expressing oneself; being hospitalized due to some clinical complication; be sick and bedridden or have changed addresses.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the number of elderly people at risk of alcoholic beverage, evaluated by the Alcohol Dependence Identification Test (AUDIT). Data collected before the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Decreased pattern of alcohol use by the elderly, assessed by daily drinking card during and after intervention.
