Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy female and male people; over 18 years old; sedentary; that do not have pre-existing metabolic changes; who have not previously applied acupuncture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who have metabolic syndromes; hepatic steatosis; diabetes; hypothyroidism; hyperthyroidism; hypertension; pregnant women; postpartum women
