Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Males; Being an athlete at competitive level for at least one year; Having aged 18 to 35 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of medications that interfere on autonomic control;respiratory diseases;cardiovascular diseases; smoking;sports injuries

| To evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated to core training on the increase of respiratory muscle strength through the evaluation of inspiratory respiratory muscle strength and expiratory muscle strength by the manovacuometer. Significant improvement in inspiratory and expiratory muscle strength was observed after the intervention for the experimental group. Our main hypothesis has been confirmed ;to evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated with core training on aerobic physical performance and anaerobic power by maximal effort test. Significant improvement in aerobic performance and anaerobic power was observed for the experimental group.
