Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 a 70 years; clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke confirmed through medical; oropharyngeal dysphagia after Stroke; use of enteral feeding tube; Glasgow > 11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Degenerative neurological Diseases; neoplasm; pacemaker; cochlear implant; febrile state;pregnancy; anxious patients

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of the level of dysphagia presented through videoendoscopy of swallowing before and after the 5 consecutive days of therapy ;Increased safe oral intake measured by increasing FOIS scale levels (1 to 7)applied before and after the 5 consecutive days of therapy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of the level of dysphagia with improvement of the swallowing pattern presented through the clinical evaluation of swallowing by the risk assessment protocol for dysphagia, PARD, before and after the 5 consecutive days of therapy
