Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with retraction of the ischiotibial muscles; female; age between 18 and 30 years; sedentary; not performing physical activities in the ischiotibial muscles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconsolidated lower limb fracture; joint hypermobility; any musculoskeletal degenerative disease; cognitive deficit; recent trauma and/or surgical intervention in lower limbs; acute inflammatory process in lower limbs; arteriosclerosis; peripheral vascular disease; vasoespasm (Raynaud's disease); cold urticaria; altered skin sensitivity; obese

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate by means of a Wells bench, with a marked difference in centimeters, expecting to observe whether the use of cryoelongation can be greater than just the use of stretching in relation to the distance in centimeters reached in the bench

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate by means of a goniometric plate, in degrees by goniometry, if cryoelongation will produce greater gain in range of motion.
