Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with retraction of the ischiotibial muscles; female; age between 18 and 30 years; sedentary; not performing physical activities in the ischiotibial muscles
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unconsolidated lower limb fracture; joint hypermobility; any musculoskeletal degenerative disease; cognitive deficit; recent trauma and/or surgical intervention in lower limbs; acute inflammatory process in lower limbs; arteriosclerosis; peripheral vascular disease; vasoespasm (Raynaud's disease); cold urticaria; altered skin sensitivity; obese
