Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Players of both sexes; Athletes who have a link with the institutions where the research will be carried out and the athletes that are part of the Piauiense Badminton Federation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Athletes who engage in some parallel physical activity or other sport; Athletes who present some articular deformity, neurological, respiratory disorder, difficulty understanding in performing the technique.
