Interventions

It is a crossover trial where 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 30 patients without cardiac involvement participate in three experimental sessions. The interval between operations is 24

Subgroup of patients without cardiac involvement diagnosis: Patients admitted to the search scenario For hospitalization Cause not cardiac and without medical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sub-group of patients with acute myocardial infarction: Patients undergoing cardiac surgery; Chronic heart failure; septic shock; Regurgitation of the aortic valve or defective septum; severe aortic Sclerosis, aortic prosthesis; severe hypertension (MAP greater than 130 mmHg); tachycardia with high heart rate at 200bpm; a height 120 cm or greater than 230cm; weight less than 30 kg or more than 155kg; presence of aortic balloon. Subgroups of patients without cardiac involvement diagnosed: burns, dermatitis and / or polytrauma.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
mean difference up to 10% of cardiac output measured by bioelectrical impedance transtorácia between the moments before, during and after the bath in bed and lateralization in patients with acute myocardial infarction and patients without diagnosed heart disease.;Mean Difference up to 20% consumption oxygen make calculated myocardium indirectly to the Hellerstein and Wenger(1978)'s formula between the moments before, during and after the bath in bed and lateralization of patients with acute myocardial and patients without Heart Disease diagnosed.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mean difference up to 10% in body temperature measured by digital thermometer between the moments before, during and after the bath in bed and lateralization in patients with acute myocardial infarction and patients without diagnosed heart disease.
