Age
30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: volunteers between 30 and 60 years old; both genders; BMI between 30 and 39.99

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bariatric surgery; participation in previous research by the Obesity Study Group (UNIFESP)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction in the symptoms of binge eating verified by decreasing the score on the Periodic Eating Compulsion Scale (BES) at the end of the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in the quality of life of the participants due to the increase in the Whoqol Bref score at the end of the intervention;It is expected to find improvement in symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress by reducing the DASS 21 scores at the end of the intervention;It is expected to find improvement in self-efficacy for physical activity by increasing the score on the self-efficacy scale for physical activity at the end of the intervention;It is expected to find improvement in self-efficacy to regulate eating habits by increasing the score on the self-efficacy scale to regulate eating habits at the end of the intervention;It is expected to identify weight reduction and anthropometric measurements of the volunteers based on the physical evaluation parameters at the end of the intervention
