Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male individuals; 20-40 years old; practiced resistance training for at least 3 months non-interuptly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants will be excluded if they take some medication; sterois and supplements

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analyze the serum testosterone concentration measured by commercial ELISA kits; it is expected to find an increase in concentrations. ;Consider possible changes in body composition through anthropometric measurements and bioimpedance; it is expected to find an increase in muscle mass and decrease in fat.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Consider increasing strength by testing a maximum repetition in the bench press; it is expected to find a 10% increase in strength in individuals;Evaluate the consumption of macronutrients by means of a 24-hour recall; consumption is expected to be maintained for the duration of the study.
