Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 18 years or older. Good general and oral health condition, absence of carious lesions, gingivitis or periodontitis. Presence of six maxillary anterior teeth with shade A2 or darker according to the Vita Classical shade guide
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous history of dental bleaching treatment. Pre-existing dentin hypersensitivity. Presence of dental prostheses or orthodontic appliances. Restorations in the maxillary anterior teeth. Presence of non-carious cervical lesions. Endodontic treatment in the maxillary anterior teeth. Teeth with tetracycline staining or dental fluorosis. Visible enamel cracks. Parafunctional habits such as bruxism or smoking. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
