18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects over 18 years old with a diagnosis of hypertrophic scars; subjects who have 4 regions with hypertrophic scars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with diabetes mellitus; diseases related to collagen production; subjects using corticosteroids; subjects with keloid diagnosis; subjects who have contact dermatitis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected to find mean difference in tissue thickness, tissue flexibility, stiffness, tenderness, and pruritus using the scar assessment scale method. Patient and Observer Scar Assesment Scale (POSAS), consisting of 2 patient and observer pathways;It is expected to find a mean difference in tissue thickness, tissue flexibility, stiffness, sensitivity and pruritus using the Vancouver scar scale (VSS) scar evaluation method, which is composed of 1 pathway;It is expected to find the mean difference in tissue thickness by biopsy collection method before the first intervention and after 3 interventions;It is expected to find visual difference through the photographic recording method before and after 3 interventions
