18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing professionals; age over 18 years; both female and male; from units providing care to adults at the institution; who wish to participate in all stages of the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Instructors of Basic or Advanced Life Support courses; professionals who have completed another Basic or Advanced Life Support course between the steps of the study; individuals with health problems that impair the performance of CPR skills, or those who are pregnant at the time of data collection and individuals who do not fully participate in any of the stages of the study

The primary outcome of this study will be the comparison of the effectiveness of two educational interventions in improving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills in participants
