Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We hope that individuals present limited capacity and physical-functional status at hospital discharge and that there is a partial improvement in these outcomes at the time of outpatient return. This will be verified through functional tests: 6-minute ring test (expected a greater number of rings moved in 6 minutes), 5-repeat Sit-to-Stand test (expect to see improvement in the time taken to perform repetitions), 1-minute Sit-to-Stand test (expects a greater number of repetitions) and TUG (Timed Up and Go)test (expects less time to complete the test)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are not expected.
