Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be physically active for at least 6 months. Do not use psychoactive medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having suffered an injury or fall in the last 2 months; cognitive difficult; advanced-stage neurodegenerative diseases; Have sequelae of a stroke.

At the end of the study, the blood pressure of the participants, measured with an aneroid sphygmomanometer, submitted to creatine supplementation, as well as the control group, was equal to or below 120/80 mm/Hg

There were no increases in the participants' fasting and resting blood glucose levels, remaining at or below 100 mg/dl measured by colorimetry after creatine supplementation or placebo.;There were no changes in the participants' fasting and resting triglycidemia, remaining at or below 150 mg/dl measured by colorimetry after creatine supplementation.;There were no changes in the participants' fasting and resting total cholesterol, remaining at or below 200 mg/dl measured by colorimetry after creatine supplementation.;The participants' fasting and resting uric acid values remained between 2.4 and 6.0 mg/dl as measured by colorimetry after creatine supplementation.
