Age
18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ages 18 years and over, of both sexes; Have a previous diagnosis of type 1 or 2 diabetes mellitus; Being out of balance with your staff in the last year; Be able to perform self-care; Accept to participate in the research by signing the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Loss of autonomy and independence to perform self-care during the research period; Unjustified absence of one of the intervention activities; Disconnection of CEAE; Individuals who do not agree to participate in the study.
