Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers diagnosed with lactose intolerance; Volunteers with genotype CC - not persistent Lactase (intolerance to lactose); Volunteers of both sexes (male or female) aged 18-55 years; BMI between 18.5 and 30 kg / m2; Good health or without significant disease, the medical judgment, in accordance with the rules set out in the protocol; Able to understand the nature and purpose of the study.

Exclusion criteria

MeasureTime frame
The variables to be evaluated are the level of H2 over time, symptoms (bloating, abdominal pain and bloating) and diarrhea. Using Lilliefors tests, parametric tests, confidence intervals of 90% in market of normality of variables. In the case of non-normal non-parametric tests for group averages will be realized. For comparisons of means between two groups, Student t test (for parametric) or Mann-Whitney test (for non-parametric) will be realized.
