Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Multiparous women in the age group of 40 to 65 years; to present stress urinary incontinence; sign the Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior physical therapy treatment for incontinence urinary stress, or any type of structured and planned physical activity during the study period; already had some surgery of the urinary tract; diagnosis of urinary tract infection, cystitis or genital prolapse; being pregnant; women who could not, even with all the researcher's attempts at awareness, contract the pelvic floor musculature correctly during the evaluation

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: Improvement in muscle function of the pelvic floor, evaluated by the perineometer equipment, measured in mmHg. Data collected 1 month before the interventions and 1 week after the interventions, from the finding of an increase of at least 5.7 mmHg in the pre and post-intervention measurements.;Outcome 1: Increased 9mmHg pelvic floor muscle function in pre and post-intervention measurements, Kegel group, and Pilates group, assessed through the perineometer.

Outcome found 1: Decreased ICIQ-SF score in 7 points for the Kegel group, and 4 points decrease for Pilates group, in pre and post-intervention measurements.;Expected outcome 1: Improvement of signs and symptoms of stress urinary incontinence assessed using the self-administered questionnaire, ICIQ-SF. Data collected 1 month before the interventions and 1 week after the interventions, from the observation that the score of the questionnaire shows a reduction of at least 3 points.
