Interventions

40 patients will be randomly divided into four groups according to with the form of irrigation of the root canal, through sealed envelopes with the code of the intervention to be instituted: G1) Posit
G2) Irrigation with activation of the irrigating solution by means of the Irrisonic® ultrasonic insert (n=10)
G3) Irrigation with activation through the XP Endo Finisher® instrument (n=10)
and G4) Irrigation with activation using Easy Clean®. After completing the procedure, patients fill out a form containing a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) in the first 6 hours, 24 hours, 48 ??hours, 72 hou

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to verify whether the agitation of the irrigating solution during regenerative endodontic procedures is capable of causing postoperative pain in patients. Through the method of filling a form containing a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) in the first 6 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours after completion of treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to verify which form of agitation of the irrigating solution (positive pressure, Irrisonic, XP Endo Finisher or Easy Clean) performed during regenerative endodontic procedures is capable of causing postoperative pain in patients. Through the method of filling a form containing a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) in the first 6 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours after completion of treatment.
