Sex/Gender

Age
60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 60-79 years; BMI between 25 and 30 kg/m2; not practicing resistance training (> 6 months without practice); without weight change in 6 months; non-smoker for more than 1 year; without history of cancer, cardiorespiratory disease, uncontrolled hypertension (SBP =160 mmHg and DBP =120 mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have any gastrointestinal discomfort or hypersensitivity to the use of propolis supplementation; have any musculoskeletal discomfort with combined training;not perform the proposed tests before and after the intervention
