Age
No minimum to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years; Both sexes; In hemodialysis treatment between 1 and 6 years; Sedentary; Non smoker.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form (EFT); Carriers of hepatitis B and C, HIV and tuberculosis; Patients with a history of myocardial ischemia for less than 6 months; Patients with motor or cognitive deficits that make it difficult to perform the 6MWT, manovacuometry, spirometry, dynamometry and response to KDQOL-SFTM or the BDI scale.

Primary

Increased physical capacity, verified through the 6-minute Walk Test (6MWT), based on the finding of a variable of approximately 10% pre and post intervention.;A 6-minute Walk Test (6MWT), a 19% increase in the physical capacity of hemodialysis subjects, was verified.

Increase in the peripheral and respiratory muscle strength verified by the dynamometer and manovacuometer evaluation, improvement of the quality of life through the questionnaire of specific quality of life for patients with renal disease - KDQOL-SFTMe and impact on mental health, with the scale Beck Inventory of Depression.;The dynamometer showed an increase of 11% in the peripheral muscle strength of the lower limbs, through the manovacuometer an increase of 10.5% in respiratory muscle strength; (p <0.01), general health (p <0.01), social function (p = 0.01) ), energy / fatigue (p <0.01), physical health composition (p <0.01) and mental health composition (p = 0.02); in mental health no change was found before and after the intervention with the Beck Inventory of Depression scale.
