MeasureTime frame
The evolution of the domains of self-care, mobility and social function of children should be slower, requiring greater caregivers assistance because they identify their difficulties. The raw scores of the domains of each child are obtained at the end of the interview. the statistical analysis will be performed through linear regression in order to analyze the scatter plots of the continuous score points, defining their trends in relation to age, as well as to the continuous scores of the domains of self-care, mobility and social function in relation to the age and caregiver assistance. Presentation of functional skills that were not performed by any patient, along with the age at which 90% of typical children are expected to be able to perform the task. Presentation of the functional skills that were performed by at least one person with DS, along with the age at which 90% of typical children are expected to be able to perform the task. Transformation of the original score in a weighted value from 0 (zero) to 100 (one hundred). In this way, it will be feasible to make comparisons between the areas of self-care, mobility and social function of the PEDI and to evaluate the performance and caregiver assistance in the different ranges. This study has not yet been completed.;The domains of self-care, mobility and social function of adolescents should have been completed in full, and thus reduce caregivers' assistance.
