Age
60 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women, physically active, aged between 60 and 70 years, healthy, no history of surgery or chronic pathologies such as systemic arterial hypertension and diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from chronic diseases of any kind; history of surgery; sedentary, they do not agree with the terms of the research.
