This is a randomized clinical trial, where 32 women with 2 or more miscarriages, who are followed up at the HC-UFMG Recurrent Pregnancy Loss outpatient clinic, will respond to the Depression, Anxiety

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women over 18 years old; women with at least 2 miscarriages (excluding ectopic or molar pregnancies) being followed up at the Recurrent Pregnancy Loss outpatient clinic at Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (HC-UFMG); possess an electronic device (cell phone, computer or tablet) with internet access

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases; insanity; smoking; inability to answer the questionnaires; do not have an electronic device (cell phone, computer or tablet) with internet access

To determine the level of inflammatory biomarkers such as microparticles and molecules related to stress (cortisol, salivary alpha-amylase and IgA in women with RGP, treated at the outpatient clinic for Recurrent Pregnancy Loss at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Federal University of Minas Gerais before and after Mindfulness-Based Intervention.
