Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young women, who are enrolled in technical and higher courses at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of the Southeast of Minas Gerais - Campus Barbacena (IF Sudeste MG) and have no mental or eating disorders diagnosed and wish to participate voluntarily in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Young people who report the presence of a diagnosed Mental or Eating Disorder will be excluded. Do not respond to the instruments in the follow-up period. Request the termination of your participation, through an express, free and clarified statement.
