Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction in the cardiovascular risk score after 6 weeks based on the analysis using the paired t-test method, comparing the results of the physical activity intervention group with the control group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We expect to find an improvement in physical fitness measured by the increase in the distance covered in 12 minutes around a rectangle measuring 75.32 meters. The assessment will be done through the paired t-test, comparing the results of the physical activity intervention group with the control group.
