Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Are not undergoing physical therapy for lower limbs; men; aged between 18 and 30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers undergoing physical therapy treatment for lower limbs; lower limb pain.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
As a primary outcome, we expect an increase in the height of the jump, in centimeters, of the individuals who participate in the intervention groups, what we do not know is whether as the number of training sessions increases during the week, the height of the jump can also increase. This study is a pioneer in this type of assessment, so we do not have previous data to be able to report. All individuals will have their jumps evaluated at the beginning, both control and intervention groups, and after 8 weeks they will be reevaluated by the same evaluation technique to find out if there were differences at the beginning and after 8 weeks.;Another primary outcome is expected that individuals who participated in the groups with interventions will increase their vertical jump height by at least 4.13 centimeters, based on the minimum results that previous studies had, regardless of the group they are allocated to. All individuals will have their jumps evaluated at the beginning, both control and intervention groups, and after 8 weeks they will be reevaluated by the same evaluation technique to find out if there were differences at the beginning and after 8 weeks.
