It is expected to find significant changes in bone remodeling biomarkers in osteopenic women after eight weeks of intervention in two different strength exercise protocols, with no difference between intervention groups expected. Decrease in CTX-I after eight weeks of intervention (if values above 1.01 ng / ml) without significant differences between groups. Verified using the electrochemiluminescence method The change values will be exposed by absolute values and in percentage values;It is expected to find significant changes in bone remodeling biomarkers in osteopenic women after eight weeks of intervention in two different strength exercise protocols, with no difference between intervention groups expected. Increase in bone-specific alkaline phosphatase after eight weeks of intervention (if values below (5.2 µg / L) without significant differences between groups.
